Assistant (e) Marketing Communication
Rattaché(e) au Xerox Research Centre Europe Technology Showroom, votre mission, d’envergure Européenne, consiste principalement à apporter un support sur les projets évènementiels du Xerox Research Centre Europe en 2010 :
- Construction de manifestations professionnelles orientées B to B
- Aide à la mise en œuvre et au suivi de chaque Evenement
- Analyse de chaque événement et traitement d’enquêtes de satisfaction internes et externes
- Developpement de présentations pour les technologies Xerox
- Mise à jour des sites web et réseaux sociaux liés aux évènements (Blog, wiki)
- Rédaction / distribution de la newsletter Customer Led Innovation
FORMATION SOUHAITEE
2ème ou 3ème année Ecole Supérieure de Commerce / Université
COMPETENCES ET QUALITES
- Disponibilité, autonomie, compréhension des technologies, écoute, travail en équipe, contact aisé avec une clientèle de haut niveau
- Anglais courant, capacités de synthèse, bon niveau de rédaction en français et en anglais
- Connaissance outils informatiques (Environnement Microsoft office, base de données si possible), langage html
Votre goût pour l’initiative et les bonnes relations que vous entretiendrez avec les différentes entités de l’entreprise vous permettront de mener à bien cette mission.
