Created to drive the corporate transition in becoming a services-led technology business, the Grenoble research centre’s focus has always been on targeting innovative software solutions and services.
The customer’s role in this mission is critical: a service is often co-designed with its users, and is going to evolve to adapt to new needs or adopting new technology.
The Grenoble research centre has pioneered Customer Led Innovation now used across all Xerox research centres. The objective of this programme is to help Xerox customers to be more effective in their work by using novel technologies. Researchers and customers are invited to meet and share ideas, which can ultimately turn into innovation pilots and new services.
