The Xerox Research Centre Europe undertakes high-quality scientifically-based consultancy, research and software development for industry and governments around the world in many industry sectors.
In today’s world, solving complex problems requires diverse points of views and multiple competencies which cannot always be found in house. Partners in research and practicing Open Innovation is a necessity to succeed.
We operate over three core principles:
Xerox Research Centre Europe proposes different types of partnerships in research responding to a wide range of needs.
An initial engagement to identify customer needs and pain points, in the context of strategic imperatives with XRCE Dreaming Sessions in our Innovation Studio .
Research as a service to solve a specific problem using XRCE expertise and existing technology. Establishing a multi-year partnership targeting multiple projects with our strategic partnership.
Engage XRCE in a collaborative project funded by European Union or by government . The Centre currently collaborates with more than 100 institutions from 25 nations in government projects including H2020.
XRCE employees have both a prestigious academic background and a “doer” mind-set. We apply our knowledge to solve practical problems. With more than 20 nationalities on site and a significant experience to manage complex and multicultural projects, we can operate globally.
Created to drive the corporate transition in becoming a services-led technology business, the Grenoble research centre’s focus has always been on targeting innovative software solutions and services. The Grenoble research centre has pioneered Customer Led Innovation used across all Xerox research centres. The objective of this programme is to help Xerox customers to be more effective in their work by using novel technologies. Researchers and customers are invited to meet and share ideas, which can ultimately turn into innovation pilots and new services.
