The SMECY project is an ambitious European initiative involving 27 partners across 9 countries to enable Europe to be the leader in the multi-core domain by developing new programming technologies to enable the exploitation of architectures with hundreds of cores. Multi-core technologies will rapidly provide improved performance, energy saving and cost reduction in parallel computing and will be of strategic value in winning market share in all areas of embedded systems More.
