I am a research engineer in the Work Practice Technology group. Before I started working at XRCE in 2002 I had obtained a Master degree in software engineering from UTBM (Université de Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard) and a Master degree in Computer Science from Université de Besançon.
I have contributed to several projects where my general interest was to develop new software applications supporting rich and novel interaction with the user that can abstract some heterogeneous sources of information and be adapted to the specific context of usage.
In MILK, the focus was on proposing an interaction for knowledge sharing adapted to the space where it takes place and in particular social/public areas.
Since 2005, I have been deeply involved in the development of new technology in support of the Remote Call Assistance activity.
