IMAGE PROCESSING XRCE's Image Processing Group invents fundamental enabling technologies and solutions to image analysis and understanding problems that arise in the creation, management and capture of documents. Our work involves the design and scientific evaluation of prototypes for recognizing and extracting content from images. These prototypes use advanced and intelligent image processing algorithms based on statistical methods such as machine learning.
