The main objectives are :

Analyze the multimedia needs at Xerox Research Centre Europe (XRCE).

Gather specific needs for the Communication group.

Gather specific needs for the Showroom group.

Gather all other needs for common users.

Study and propose the best solution to provide multimedia resources regarding our current infrastructure and the needs. This means :

Provide easy access to video or other multimedia content to all XRCE users.

Ease of use for managing the proposed solution.

In addition, the solution should integrate a live multimedia streaming connected to other worldwide Xerox existing applications (Webcast).

Competencies A successful intern should combine competencies in Multimedia techniques and products, as well as a good knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and security. It would also be appreciated to have a good sense of social relationship.
