As part of our collaboration program with the scientific community, XRCE partners with organisations with complementary expertise to advance research and development and, in certain cases, improve time to market. XRCE works with several organisations in the local Rhône-Alpes region in France which is rich in hi-tech expertise and technology in a number of industries. Other partnerships include the development of language specific tools with foreign universities and exchanges within the Xerox University Affairs program.

INRIA - Rhône-Alpes (French National Institute for Research in Computer Science & Control). Collaboration with the INRIA is in the areas of document transformation technology, digital libraries, image processing and bioinformatics.
