I joined XRCE in April 2001 as a Research Engineer in computational linguistics.

I hold a Doctorate in Computer Science (Concepts et algorithmes pour la découverte des structures formelles des langues) from the University of Caen (France) in 1998. I then spent two years at the Seminar fuer Sprachwissenschaft, University of Tuebingen (Germany), working on the European project Learning Computational Grammars (LCG).
